i keep having daydreams of killing myself and cutting myself. they dont seem to go away. they just happen. i dont selfharm anymore, well not for 2weeks now anyway but if anyone can help stop the thoughts i will be very grateful.

I would spend hours cutting pictures out of magazines and decorating journals or scrapbooking. It helped.
Also immersing yourself in a crowd. Hang out with friends and stuff.
Exercise is good too because it gets your endorphins flowing and those make you feel good.
