Hello i have been cutting for the last half year i dont enjoy doing it infact i hate doing it, i dont get rushs from doing it and as cheese and clishay as it sounds i do have an imagenry friend who makes me do it as puniishment for a number of things. they are Not stealing (Kleptomania), over eating, makeing genral mistakes and in some case just becasue i tell him to shut up and go away, i dont know why i do it, when i do its almost like i can only fell it but i im not the one whos actual holding the blade, the amount of cuts on my arms is around about 20 - 30 not including the ones that i cut over more then once, most of them have healed becasue i switched postions from the top of my arm to the writst area Unoftunalty even though the scabs and red lines have gone my skin seems to be permently damaged, anyway i have an appointment one of the consluors at a mental health center in wellington (my local city) how do i go about telling him, it seems that i need to tell him in person instead of wrighting itdown and watching him read it, id rather not look like a fucking retard i understand that people cut for meny reasons and i respect that but personally i do think the reason why i do it is retarderd so any advice on language or descriptions i could use to make things easyer would be helpfull.
