I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
i've been battling with it for about 6 years now.. (2 years of which i went with out cutting)
going from primary to secondary school
not being at the top of the class
not having many friends
a way to vent my anger and frustration i suppose
i've been self harming for about 4 years, on and off. this was mainly as a result of low self-esteem due to emotional abuse throughout my childhood, but also became a way of coping with negative feelings too.
