Hi everyone,
I just wanted to say hi. I've joined because I'm looking for support, I've been self harming for just over a year now and I really want to stop. I hate the scars and always having to wear long sleeves and all the trips to A&E. It started when I was in a childrens home and since I left I havent been able to stop, I'm doing it more and more and doing more and more damage. I have been put in a psychiatric hospital 5 times and sectioned 4 times because of it and I dont want to be this way anymore, I want to start having a life. Hope to chat to someone, love freedomwarrior x

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
