somebody please tell me what to do i feel like i want to cut all the time but i know i cant and none of my coping skills work anymore what should i do?

well all i can think to say is keep trying things to see if they help you get your mind off wanting to cut. im here if u wanna talk ! =)

You know how they say take it one day at a time? Don't... take it one minute at a time. Keep trying to prolong cutting. Find someone to talk to write, read, listen to music, go running, try anything.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
