My parents are for the most part in denial about all of my mental health problems and my little sisters. My mum is actively in denial because she was told explicitly by my GP but she just completely ignored it and on top of that secretly started reading my mail and cancelling my treatments. My Dad dosnt know but when I told him about my panic attacks his attitude was 'oh pull yourself together' so I dont think telling him about the whole list of other problems I have is such a good idea. How has everyone elses parents reacted?
