ahh. rain. that pretty much sums up my day.
I self harmed earlier, after having a COLOSSAL argument with my dad. feel awful now. and I get to pretend that everythings okay later. I'm going out to a presentation thing with my boyfriend tonight, I'll tell him. but not tonight. it's his special thing. I don't want to ruin it.
I can't believe I caved in. I tried the whole elastic band thing. It bruised, yet, still wasn't quite enough.
am I doomed to feel like this forever?
It feels like I'm so pathetic and worthless, it's all my fault I know, but I wish I could escape all of this.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...

I don't find the elastic band helpful myself. I find it upsets me and that makes me want to SI more.
