see a psychologist and just underplay everything your really feeling?
ive been seeing one for around 6 weeks and, it took me 4 weeks to actually tell my psych the truth about everything, and although ive told her things, i tend to underplay things and come into her office all happy and exactly the opposite to how im feeling.
i hate doing this, but i guess its just a habit, putting on a happy face for everyone. because im not entirely telling her the truth i dont feel as though im actually been helped.
does anyone know how i can poperly express how im feeling, so she knows how serious (sounds dramatic) the situation is??

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps.
