ive been cutting alottonight cos of some stress. i have troubles now stopping what do you do when urges just bring more urges and there seems no way to stop?

find a distraction and don't listen to the urges. If you keep your mind occupied with something else then you can't concentrate on the urges. Well I find it helps. Or go for a really long run and push yourself so hard that all your muscles ache like hell. Gives you pain that you've inflicted upon yourslef but it's good

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
