i have alot of cuts and scars on my arm and i am trying 2 hide it from everyone but the ting is i go scuba diving and on monday i am going swimming. i need 2 hide all my cuts i tink it will have healed by then but wat if i need 2 cut again were do i cut were no1 will c?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
I tend to cut mainly on my thighs & when I swim I cover my scars by wearing shorts over my bathing suit which most people take as a modesty thing, rather than you hiding something. Works for me anyway
When I cut, it is generally quite shallow. Tho, I haven't shown my legs since I started cutting. As for my wrists, I do wear tshirts. At work, I wear clunky wide jewelry.
I hope you can have the strength not to cut. You are in my thoughts & prayers.
