I've probably heard them all before, but I was wondering if anyone has any coping skills that they use when they feel like injuring themselves? I've been doing this for so long, and I've heard so many different ones from so many different people. Some have worked for periods of time, but I always go back to my cutting. And now I'm in need of some new coping strategies, so if anyone has any that are particularly unusual, I'd def be interested in those! But I'm interested in any really. Thanks!
