I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
I care about you girl and just wanted to say that things do get better. Find a church you really like and then be honest there so it will be a comforting place to be.

I am a christian. I also self harm. God does not want you to feel sad. It is not his plan, for you to feel sad forever. But he loves you. I hope you are ok. If you need anyone to talk to, I'm here. ps- it does make it harder to follow God whedn you feel sad, but he understands! xxx
you're in my prayers :]
I couldn't go to church for a long time (about 5 years, I just couldn't cope with it all, I felt guilty that somehow I was letting God down by being so screwed up.
I felt like everyone in church had all got their lives sorted (they haven't!!!)
Just remember that God is the same, today, tomorrow and always. Whether you are in church or not he is close by you trying to comnfort you even though it might feel like there's no comfort to be had except sometimes from cutting.
He loves you NO MATTER WHAT, don't let anyo9ne tell u any different (that inclusdes yourself! :)
I am a preacher and have been back in church for a while now, I always include prayers in the service for people who are suffering from mental distress, because I know when I was at my worst, when I couldn't pray, there was always others praying for me.
So, if you would like some specific prayers (anyone) let me know and I will include them in the next service that I take.
Just remember there is always hope for EVERYONE no matter how bad we think things are, that is why Christ came, so that we could always have hope and not despair. Take care
