I don't feel bad at all anymore. I used to, but now I feel like if I cope that way, then so be it.

i never feel guilty. it used to bother me somewhat, but not anymore. i think i have gotten to the point where i just don't care that much anymore.

i used to always feel guilty when i cut because i felt as though i was ruining other lives besides my own - my parents, my then-husband, etc.

everyone reacts differently because everyone does it for different reasons. for me, as the years of SI keep going by i feel guiltier and guiltier everytime i do it because it becomes more extreme. but thats just me.

when i first started i didnt feel quilty at all then as my friends found out i started 2 feel quilty after everytime i did expecially after i told my bf I felt like i was letting them down but thats just how i felt

i have felt guilty in the past, but not any more. it's just something i do now. the most i feel any more afterwards is an enormous amount of relief.
