My husband and I were talking tonight and come to find out he isnt sure how much of what is going on with my daughter the cutting and suicidal thoughts he belives, (you see he works in a prison and thinks because he is around guys that have issues like voices and such) that she just doesnt act like they do so perhaps its not true. you see one minute she can be saying she wants to kill herself and the next she is laughing and acting like nothing is wrong. I will addmit I have also questioned it myself but I have to belive what she tells me. knowing that my husband feels this way makes it so hard. i guess I am just wondering if anyone has heard of someone acting sucidle one minite then happy go lucky the next?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
i still think you should get second opinions and such...
