Ive tried using the rubber band round my wrist, drawing red lines , writing, drawing, painting, talking, doing everything i can think of to stop myself from doing it, but they dont seem to work.
I was wondering if anyone could suggest any other ones, or a way to hide the scars, as i seem to feel so much more better if i cut/scratch my wrist rather than any other body part.
Thanks

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
its like an accessory so no one questions it.
and i agree with the ice comments, especially as they dnt tend to leave scarring.
Google alternatives for self injury and you will come up with tons of stuff.
