i cut last night. the first time in a long time. it felt so good. the cuts are not very deep. the blade was very dull and i was half asleep so i couldnt press very hard. the bled only a little. i want to start again so much even tho i know i shouldnt.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...

u should find something else even if it isn't positive. I found something better to do but its not positive
anyway just look at the positives and negatives...becuz i know how u feel
it feels great to do it again and its a feeling like no other...
