Whether you or someone you know or love struggles with self-injury, this is the community to discuss your experience, find support, meet others going through the same, and get advice on how to stop. Working together, we can help find alternative coping skills to reduce the urge to self-harm.
"what you should do" is your usual coping mechanism. If you can, try something a little differnt first, writing, exercise, listening to muisic ect. (these are just some of the things I've used.) Crying isn't bad, or wrong. Hopefully some of this makes sense. I'm kinda typing in a hurry here so sorry if this is off or not making sense.I'll try to edit it later. I'm here to listen if you want.
