i was reading throughsome thing that was posted and it does kinda make me want to cut again >> but then again even if some topics say this might trigger it makes me want to read it even more , it's like my reasons for cutting has completely dissapeard i dnteven know why i do it anymore habbit or fun my whole life feels like a distant memory i dnt even know who i am anymore ??? am i slowly dissolveing into thin air can anyone see me????

I understnad what you mean, I think... the reason is gone but you need to cut anyway so, you're almost looking for a triger so you feel the need to cut... is that it? regardless, I SEE YOU! *hugs*

yeah i geus that is kinda it!! tanx for seeing me >> i just hate the fact that there is so much pain inside you and your whole body is screaming volumes of it and yet theres nothing

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
