So i have a friend who also cuts and she went to see a new councillor today. the woman said to my friend that next time she feels the need to cut then she should use a big red marker pen and scribble or draw on herself or use red paint and drip it or paint it on herself. Has anyone else heard of or tried this? does it help? it just seems a little lame to me.
