Is it when u get depressed duting a particular season?

yes, it's a depression. It happens when there is little or no sunlight. We get vitamin D from the sunlight. Without it we feel sad, tired, irritable...and so on. To counteract this I take 1000mg of vitamin D and it seems to help. Also, on the bright, sunny days I spend as much time as I can in the sunlight.

Ooooh. Vitamin D.. thats a good idea. I should have thought of that sooner.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps.
