Had anyone tried tanning beds for SAD and has it helped?

i know people who have been told by their doctors to got to tanning beds for a short amount of time. I personally would be afraid of the damage to my eyes if i went into a bed without eye covers. they do make me feel a little better, even just for a little while.

Tanning beds are definetly not the way to go...for one they are harmful to you. Try a lite box or other alternative methods...Good luck!
