Hi, Thanks in advance for your kind help! I have just been hit with severe SAD in December when I moved to Seattle, Washington area. I also have Fibromyalgia, insomnia, and have lost 6 loved ones since August too. WHAT KIND OF DOCTORS ARE MOST HELPFUL FOR EVERYONE? And how do I find one in an area that I am so new in? Anyone heard of doctors, support groups for the Seattle area? WHAT KIND OF TREATMENT HELPS? WHAT MEDICINES? Anyone found success with Holistic/ Alternative Medicine? ARE THERE ORGANIZATIONS OUT THERE BRAVE ENOUGH TO REFER SPECIALISTS BY AREA AND BY NAME? Any and all suggestions would be great!

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
