Hi I am new here. I recently underwent a cervical discectomy with fusion. All tests I have undergone have indicated that I have scoliosis in the thoracic and cervical regions. Does anyone know anything I can do to help stop the progression of this? For now I do not think it is a major deal but could end up that way. I am currently working on losing weight and after my rehabilitation will begin regular exercise. Any advice regarding this would be helpful! Thank you!

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
