Hi. I had my surgery17 yrs ago when i was 12. Im 29 now. I've always considered my surgery a success. I rapidly curved to 60+ curves on both and would have been disfigured. Never had any problems except for 2 knots on my right two screws that don't cause enough pain to count. However, I fell 2 years ago and damaged something. I can't have mri's,my rods are stainless steel. I am in constant pain now, generating form where my curve should up to neck. The injury had changed my life. I finally go a specialist that specifically deals with surgery and injury to past surgery. Thank God .I'm just scared and tired and re3lieved at the same time.
