7 to 10 days if the recovery goes smoothly, and there's no infections and you can sit up on the first day.

I had my op on may 24th and was in the hospital for 3 weeks. I had some side affects to medicines and was not able to use the restroom on my own. It was very hard being in one room for so long. I am sure you will not be in there that long...but better to know what could go wrong.

Well sadly I was in for 3 monthes. I had major complications from my first surgery, no rods were able to be placed. Than I went into a body cast with a turnbuckle, for about 2 monthes, than another surgery, than got infection so had to have another surgery to rinse the incisions, and clear the infection. than home about 2 weeks latter. That is VERY rare to have so many probs, but i am rare lol. Usually about a week to 10 days

Amount of time in the hospital depends as you know on many factors. I recently had surgery.... fusion L2 down. I was in acute hospital 10 days and transferred to 2 weeks of rehab. Some people do not do rehab; however, i am an older patient than most.

Today is my 25th birthday, to my somewhat lack of surprise I can see already no one really seems to care. I've always been the kinda person to make sure that everyone I Care about feels appreciated and knew somebody had their back. I can count 4 times this year when I Went out of my way to make sure a "friend" felt good on their birthday, especially if they got left hanging. Its early in the...
