I've been having some really weird back pain, different from my normal pain or the muscle spasms that I get occasionally when I twist too far. I was in my brace when i leaned slightly forward and sent pain through my neck, back, and legs. It's mostly my back that hurts now though. Instead of getting better, it gets worse from day to day. It seems to get a little better and then I'll move ever so slightly and the pain is worse than ever before. I can't get ahold of my fabulous doctor because he doesn't work on weekends and I just got back from San Jose, far away from him. This has been going on for a little less than a week, but since it gets worse day to day, I'm really scared. Does anyone know what this is or what to do? I've tried ice, heat, streching, exercise (really mild), bed rest, and pain killers and nothing works! HELP!
