I;m 35 with a 30 deg curve, the apex is at L2 and L3. I'm starting to really feel the effects of the pain. It statrts from my lower back runs thru my right hip, wraps around my front thigh and goes to my knee, especially bad after a stand a while. the pain sometimes takes my breath away. I do yoga, stretch, stay in great shape but the pain is there and persisting. I know one of my discs are protruding and I feel that I'm prob going to have to have surgery. I'm holding offon everything b/c of ins. reasons. I'm new to this and reaching out to others similar to me and what the surgery is like, complications, regrets, advice, etc. It's really bringing me down this whole situation. I'm terrified of years of pain and being a hunchback.
Also, I've been having persistant nightmares lately, very violent ones and I also have digestive issues. My chiro says it's related due to the curve.....strange, but possible. Help...
