That day, I went to see a doctor(not orthopaedist though). He recommended me for the physiotherapy instead of surgery beacuse he said that the orthopaedic surgeons in my country are not pro in scoliosis surgery. Did anyone tried physiotherapy and does it works?It does sounds better to me than surgery.Surgery is soooo scary and leaves scar(No!). Please help...

what is physiotherapy?

It's something like there's a few trained physiothrerapists who will teach and guide you to do some exercise that is suitable for you..The doctor said that this way could help to reduce to curves.I'm really not sure whether it works or not 'cos so far, no one had recoomend it to me.so, do you think it works?

Plus, I think physiotherapy is the short form for physical therapy.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse.
