As a college student I sit in class for about 6 hours a day and I experiance a lot of back pain. My back humps out on the right and this gets very uncomfortable leaning up against the chair that long. I asked my doctor if he had any suggestions because the right side of my back literally goes numb after the first two hours. Soooo I was wondering if anyone has any creative ideas that might help. Whenever I am at home I put a pillow behind my back and it really helps, but carrying a pillow with me to every class is not very realistic.

I gave my 2 week notice last Friday 13th. Now to join you fine people in a life of leisure and nothing else to do but to look out for myself....is it just me or does that sound pretty boring?
