I was wondering what types of things trigger a psychotic episode in all of you? For me, it's:
Being interrupted repeatedly after I ask them to stop.
Being yelled at.
Threats.
Seeing a family member or female friend threatened or hurt.
People talking while I'm trying to concentrate on something.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. The key to the problem is trust. Even when it seems that they are out to get you trust in what they are saying and not your own thoughts or voices.
