so true.I find the media pays a lot more attention to people who are bi-polar,especially since some stars admit they have that problem.I t seems to me that the only time schizophrenia is in the media,it is because someone did something bad.Also,in tv show like L&O,we are portrayed as bad.That sucks big time!

i am writing an article at the moment for a newspaper on how hollywood movies display schizohphrenia......once i finish it i will post it on DS. till now i can only say: how we are shown in the movies in not very flattering and a lot of times incorrect....

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps.
