i need some suppourt here please im on the borderlines of a diagnosis of schizophrenia and im worried about the stigma attached, which is why i havnt told anyone which means i have no one to talk to, i hear voices (clive and james ) and have various physical apperitions (the main one being a guy called james ) who takes over my body and makes me do things i dont want to do. im on quitiapene (dnt knw if thats how u spell it)and its kinda workin but not that well. im sufferin at the moment coz im at my parents and trying to hide all the wierd stuff thats happening like seeing things climb up the walls and people talking to me on the tv im really scared

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. Find something that works for you. Keep it so yourself or you may loose a few friends and just tell your parents your not well but maybe not everything just yet. When your ready you may feel like telling them and never tell your employee/boss.
