My boyfriend is such a sweetheart! However, he has episodes where he seems to go deeper into his thoughts: wearing bizarre "uniforms," usually layers of clothes, especially hats and scarves, thinking delusional thoughts, rambling, rhyming, making up words. This happens over a period of a few days every couple of weeks. He has admitted to hearing voices and calls it "the war." Recently his behavior turned extremely violent during one of these episodes, and he wound up seriously injuring one of our female friends because of one of his delusions. He wanted payback for the things he thought she did, which of course, never happened. (She did not press charges, though her injuries were serious onough to where she could have.) My question is, how can I get him to see a doctor??? I do not want to loose him forever!!!

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
