OMG *limping around the room* I had a terrible run! My calves feel like they are tearing off the bone! I kept trying to stretch them while running and it was getting worse. have a limp now and I'm going to cry! It's mostly my left calf, been this way since 2 pair of shoes ago. WHAT AM I DOING WRONG?? I wanted a good run. Maybe tomorrow. Maybe some factors are I don't recall eating a whole heck of a lot yesterday...had some special K, a turkey sandwich on whole wheat with mustard, lots of water, a few grapes, a banana, I think that was it! I haven't been hungry since being sick and it's taking a lot to get back into eating..LOL Did some weights and body ball this morning too. Maybe tomorrow will be a better run. Only went 2 miles today! I SUCK!
