I was wondering if anyone else does incline running on a treadmill. I do the first three miles at 10%, the next two miles fluctuating from 7-10% and my last mile I do at 5% for a cool down. I find it is one heck of a workout and I have read that not only does it burn more calories, but it is the quickest way to help tone the lower body. (Especially the butt!) Does anyone have any comments on this?
