Today I saw my pcp who is also a holistic healer and we discussed how I am doing on low dose naltrexone, which is the new immune boosting drug I am on. It is working, but ever so slowly. I have been in a flare and was asking her about acute pain relief. She recommended a zeel injection into the painful joint. I decided to give it a try in my very painful right knee. It was not a painful injection at all, unlike cortisone and a minute or so after she was done my knee felt much better. I was very surprised. It isn't completely better, but there is definite improvement! Thought you guys might want to know. Also I have an information sheet if anyone has any questions, April
