I have really been trying to workout everday walking or using my exercise bike. I have been doing good for two weeks now. However today I feel like crap chills, fever ,burning eyes and body aches. I know the last time I worked out evertyday for a hour. I came down with shingles. My question is why can't I just be normal again. I like working out and when my body gets up enough strenght I like to do it everyday. Do you think this is apart of RA. I know we need to listen to our bodies but I'm use to pushing myself from being in the army. I'm tired of being sick and tired. Thanks for letting me vent.
