I have been having joint pain in my left foot for 4 months. My regular physician didn't seem like she cared she did some tests, but never an MRI said it wouldn't help and wouldn't help me when she diagnosed me with OA just gave me Naproxen and to a referal to a physical therapist. The PT just cause my foot to hurt even more, so I quit going and the meds did not help, I told her this and she said sorry what tell you rhematologist appointment. Even though I told her the pain was on a nine scale. I finally saw the rhematologist and he recommended a MRI and did blood test. He also gave me tramadol for the pain. I am thankful that he at least did something for me. I got back the test results saying I might be positive for RA and to come in to do another test. I told my mom this and she admitted to me my great grandmother was bedridden with RA(she didn't wan't to upset me by telling me this before) I told her that medicine has progressed a lot since then. Anyways I called the doctor back and talked to a different nurse and told her and asked her about RA and then she tell me that she isn't for sure I have and wouldn't explain to me what it was till she knew more. I don't think the other nurse was supposed to tell me that is might be positive anyways. Anyways I have no idea on what to do next . I am trying to get SSI for Depression and anxiety, should I tell my lawyer about this. thanks for listening.
