Hi all...since having RA, I have noticed that more and more often, I suffer from RLS. My boss has this condition and takes medication daily for it or else she cannot get restful sleep. I have noticed that when I am laying down or sitting for a while, I get that "creepy crawly" feeling in my legs and must move them constantly to get any relief. I read online that RLS is a common thing for those with RA and other auto immune disorders. I just don't want to have to take yet another pill! Has anyone else experienced this and if so, what have you done to improve it? Your comments are greatly appreciated.

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips.
