I am having an immeasurable amount of fatigue. The pain and stiffness is present, but not like the fatigue. I can't keep my head up or eyes open while sitting at my computer at work. Is this the normal fatigue? I was diagnosed in December of 2005, but have had bouts of this fatigue for about 2 years. Any suggestions other than sleep?

I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
