I went to the doc and had orthotics made today. My ankles and knees are both week and inflammed, and I am walking on the inside of my feet, my ankles turn in. So...theste things don't look too comfortable. My orthopedic told me if they work well, that I can have a "soft" set made by a guy who lives 30 minutes north of my home. That sounds like a relly good deal. Most people have to pay 500.00 for those type of orthotics. My insurance paid for the harder, plastic ones to be made. Have any of you all used orthotics and did they help you? The doc said to only wear them 30 minutes at a time, because otherwise I would be sorry! Thanks so much, V

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
