I'm trying to figure this out.....there just must be a connection. First, mostly women get RA. Second, a good percentage of people who get pregnant go into remission until they have a baby. And thirdly, I found two people on the internet that claimed taking depo prevera (a birth control that gets shot in the arm and has a high amount of synthetic progestin), either made their RA go into remission, or eased it quite a bit. Does anyone else know anyone or have any information on this? I'm tempted to try depo prevera, but you're stuck for 3 months with it and many people experience bone loss, as well as other bad sad effects. Let me know what you guys think, of any of this. Thanks!!!!!
