So i've noticed a large increase in hip pain lately. it always hurts most from the back side which is the most impossible to get heat too or topical pain creams like stuff with lidocaine in it. any thoughts on how to reduce it. my doctors think that the big problem is with my ball and socket joints, they've never fit properly my whole life. i had my ligaments tightened in my left shoulder, which helped some, but was more of a bandaid than a cure. basically i need them to find a way to make my humerus bone fit into the socket and stay there( currently humerus is too big, so stays mostly out of socket), same for hip...femur doesn't properly fit into its socket. if anybody knows anything about this type of surgery or any practical helps for pain in these areas, please please please let me know! I'm hurting so bad i'm actually crying and it takes a lot for me to cry!
