I have to recommend these two supplements. I have been on them for a long time. If I ever ran out I noticed a difference even though I was on a lot of traditional RA meds. Omega 3 Fish Oil once in the morning and once at night and the same with the primrose oil although the directions differ slightly (suggest more). I find them both affordable and in a longer lasting quantity at Costco. Be careful of one thing. Once you find a brand and you find it helpful don't switch to a different brand. I only did that once. I'm not sure why my body could tell the difference, it just could. Give them a few month trial before giving up on them. I hope you find them as beneficial as I have. Additionally, Omega 3 affords many other health benefits as well. Worth looking up and trying.
