I don't understand why these little tiny pills scare you so much. They are good for you, will not harm you in anyway. You need to talk to your doctor and discuss your fears with him.

I view them as tiny little helpers, I can't wait to take them each week because they really make me feel better. Why are you so afraid? I put all my pills together in a little cup like they do at the hospital and take them that way. My Dr. suggested not reading so many things on the Internet about all the bad side effects, as it would scare me needlessly.

I give my poodle a RX stomach pill daily that he will not take. So I wrap it in a piece of turkey and he lops it down. Maybe you can hide your pills in apple sauce or yogurt or something that just will help them glide down your throat? Just a thought.

thanks everyone. i don't know why i'm so scared either. i do have a fear of choking, but not from swallowing pills. also, at a very young age i had to take pills after a surgery i had. maybe pills remind me of that. and yes, i have been reading way too much bad things about mtx. i'm sure that isn't helping. i will think of them as tiny little helpers like you guys do. thanks.

I can relate. They scare me too. No, I don't believe that they "will not harm you in anyway", but I do believe that they may do more good that if you didn't take them. I don't look forward to it, but that is because I know I will wake up feeling worse afterwards. They have helped me tremendously though, despite the soreness on Sun and the nausia.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
