I've read on here you can't go by blood work, then I hear you can. I just found out my blood work came back Positive for R.A last week I'm waiting now to see a Specialist. My knees are gone, I was getting shots in them to numb them but since my doctor found this out she wont touch me till I see a specialist so I'm in a lot of pain. They hold lots of fluid and it hurts so bad to stand from a sitting position. You can hear my knees when walking and if you lay your hand on them and have me move my leg the feeling is awful. I awake every morning stiff as a board for at least an hour, but the pain really never goes away especially when it's raining. I lay awake of night in such pain in my legs a throbbing feeling, they will even jerk. The past month my hands have felt swollen and stiff more so in the morning and afternoon. They feel like their on fire, like I've had them in bleach water all day. I may be nuts but my feet burn and feels like they are just raw. I have no insurance and this is going to cost me everything I got just to see this Specialist. So I ask those with R.A and read this does this sound like I could have R.A and should I take the blood test that came back positive and seeing a specialist serious?

I just can't stay in that building that is reeking mildew...

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
