I am taking enbrel weekly and 15mg of methotrexate weekly. I have only been on the methotrexate for a month and a half and feel great, finally. However, over the last 2-3 weeks I have started developing bruises on my left thigh. They are not massive, but also not small and go away on their own. I called my rheumatologist and there was a mess up with the message, he wanted to see me Friday but his nurse did not call back until Saturday. He is now out of town for the week so his nurse told me to go to urgent care so a dr there could order blood work if needed and get the rseults right away. Of course by that time the bruises were fading and the dr there told me I was probably bumping into tables or things without noticing. As if I wouldn't notice walking into the table 3 times in 2 weeks. He sent me home without doing any labs. It has been one day and I have another bruise on my leg. I know I did not bump it. Has anybody else had bruising like this? Should I be concerned?

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
