I don't know if you have this in your area, but I've been 3 times now and it is AWESOME! It is the LEAST painful way to exercise! I am feeling much less stiff, too. I am not going to say I don't have any pain at all, but if you start hurting during the class, you can just stop and walk in the water or whatever. It has been really, really, great and I have to believe that it is helping me!! Just had to report on this!
