I know that if we knew all the answers to this question we would all be great, but my husband and I are going away for our anniversary trip this weekend. We love to whitewater kayak and that is the plan. We will be camping and generally roughing it. I have felt pretty awesome all summer up until a week or so ago. I really want to enjoy this trip and I was wondering if any of you guys have any suggestions. Prednisone is out and I am afraid to try any new meds. I was considering a fast and drinking lots of water. I am not working this week either so I can get lots of rest. Any other suggestions? BTW, I am on LDN. Thanks! April

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
