I have recently been told by my hubby's boss who has RLS that Calcium Magnesium is the best. I was willing to try anything cause I haven't slept in days. My hubby went to the health food store and bought me the liquid Cal Mag and I took a Tablespoon before bed and lo and behold I didn't wake up with spazzy legs that night. The next night I forgot and I had spazzy legs. It works, I'm not kidding you guys, try it!!! Not sure if you guys all already knew this or not but thought I would share with you!!!
